Visiting Chinese Musicians

On Monday we were fortunate to have some Chinese musicians come and perform for us. There were nine performers with different Chinese instruments including:
 Xiao - a Chinese flute,
 Erhu - single string bowed instrument,
 Zither hit string instrument,
 Pipa - plucked stringed instrument (held on knee)
Guzheng - plucked horizontal instrument (horizontal on a stand)

Some Year 4 students danced to some of the songs.

 Fabian: It was incredible the people who played the instruments

 Esther: They played beautifully
 Lucia: It is so amazing how the Year 4s danced
 Harry: It was amazing to see how well those people played their instruments
 Sebastian: They are very good Chinese musicians
 Knox: That was making me feel relaxed
